The Story

Just a real quick post to share about a great story I heard on NPR yesterday. It was part of their program called "The Story," and Elaine Parker - the woman who told it - had such a captivating way of storytelling. Plus, the subject, a penguin in Antarctica, was unique.

I just wanted to share this with anyone out there who has a few minutes to sit back and listen (it's about 20 minutes long). This would also make a great alternative to read aloud for all you upper elementary school teachers!
